USING THE CHRONOGRAPH FUNCTION
This chronograph will measure and display time in 1/1 second units up to a maximum of 11 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds. The chronograph second hand moves continuously for 11 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds after starting. 1. To start: Press pusher A. 2. To stop: Press pusher A once more. 3. To reset: Press pusher B to reset the chronograph and the chronograph second hand, chronograph minute hand, and chronograph hour hand to the zero position.
This procedure should be performed when the chronograph second hand does not return to the zero position after the chronograph has been reset, as well as after the battery has been replaced. 1. Pull the crown out to position (iii). 2. Press Pusher A to set the chronograph second hand to the zero position. The chronograph hand will advance rapidly by pressing and holding Pusher A. 3. Once the hand has been zeroed, return the crown to position (i).
SETTING THE TIME
1. Pull the crown out to position (iii). 2. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands. 3. When the crown is pushed back to position (i), second hand begins to run.
SETTING THE DATE 1. Pull the crown out to position (ii). 2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date. * If the date is set between the hours of around 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, the date may not change the following day. 3. After the date has been set, push the crown back to position (i)
TO DETACH: Place your watch on a soft surface with the back facing up. 2. Using your fingernail, move the spring trigger in the direction shown above. 3. While holding down on the spring trigger, gently detach the strap away from the watch.
TO ATTACH: The strap must be attached one side at a time. First, place the side opposite of the trigger into the designated pinhole. 2. Using your fingernail, move the spring trigger in the direction shown above. 3. While holding down on the spring trigger, gently position the other side of the strap until it clicks into place.
