If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your online purchase within 21 days of receiving it.
**Orders placed between November 5th and December 25th are eligible for return through January 15
Eligible returns must meet ALL the following criteria:
- The product needs to be in new, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All original protective plastic must be intact and unremoved. This includes plastic on the crystal, caseback, bracelet, and bracelet clasp.
- The bracelet cannot be sized and straps cannot be fed through the buckle, resulting in a creased and scratched surface.
Every returned watch is thoroughly inspected by our team. If the watch does not meet any of the above requirements, it will not be eligible for a return and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided to US customers. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Jack Mason is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We do not accept exchanges or returns purchased from other retailers or other online stores.

Upon inspection of the returned product and it meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
