Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached.
*Monogrammed items are not returnable*
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your online purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to receive a return authorization number. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once the package has arrived at our distribution center. In-stock replacement items will be sent out promptly using our standard shipping method. If you are exchanging an item(s), the shipping is free.
Please ship all online purchase returns and exchanges back to us in good condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn items unless a defect in manufacturing is found. All returns and exchanges must be returned to the store where the item was purchased.

We will issue all applicable return credits within 10 business days of receiving the returned package.
It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items. Please save your tracking number for your security. JackMasonBrand.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. When using a different return shipping method, please send merchandise along with a copy of your order invoice to the following address:

We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your package. Please note, although we will credit your account within 10 business days it may take longer to appear on your statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
If items returned do not meet the Jack Mason Brand return standards and are in any way altered from the original state in which they were shipped a store credit for the amount of the item will provided.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card or Jack Mason Brand account, and will exclude shipping costs. In order to receive a full refund on items returned, the item(s) have to be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Eligible refunds will processed to the original form of payment or for store credit if preferred.
Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
GIFT, FINAL SALE ITEMS, CONTESTS, PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not accept exchanges or returns purchased from other retailers or other online stores. Items purchased as a gift cannot be returned for cash. Gift items may only be exchanged for a similarly priced item. JackMasonBrand.com does not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. All exchange deliveries are pursuant to merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions. Our return shipping fee and associated terms and conditions are subject to change at Jack Mason Brand’s sole discretion.
Sale Items are also not eligible for refunds and are classified as Final Sale Items.
In the event that the item you purchased goes on sale or decreases in price on our website, you can submit a price adjustment inquiry within 30 days of purchase. The difference in price between what you paid and the current price of the watch will be refunded to the same card used on the initial transaction. This can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
