WARRANTY

Jack Mason watches are designed and built to last and are covered under warranty for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the watch but does not cover damages from normal wear and tear. 

Jack Mason will assume all costs associated with repairing and/or replacing the watch or components of the watch that prove to be defective under normal everyday use. This warranty covers all defects pertaining to workmanship that may happen during normal use. 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our 5 year warranty does not apply for the following conditions:

• Damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• Accidental damage from improper handling, negligence, lack of care, and/or acts of nature.
• Scratches or other blemishes from everyday wear.
• Any repairs needed from water damage. All our watches are pressure tested prior to shipment. It is important the crown is in the closed position during exposure to water. Jack Mason will not be responsible for any water damage.
• Leather straps are not covered.
• Any damages incurred from unauthorized work to the watch.
