Jack Mason offers a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty excludes damages from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage (especially if the crown isn't secured), exposure to extreme temperatures, leather straps, and unauthorized repairs.
For returns, you may return or exchange your online purchase within 21 days of receiving it. Eligible returns must be new, unused, and in the original packaging, with all protective plastics intact. Bracelets cannot be sized, and straps should not show signs of wear. Returns are free for U.S. customers (excluding the original shipping fee), while international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

The traveler GMT functionality grants the ability to adjust the local time via the crown without affecting the 24 hour hand or stopping the watch. Unique Case Design
The iconic Strat-o-timer cushion case was intentionally designed to be versatile across a variety of wrist sizes. The top side of the case features a brushed finish, while the sides have been mirror polished to accentuate the subtle curvature of the case. Each of these surfaces meet at an elegantly defined edge that emphasizes the case architecture. As an added benefit, the case has been treated with a scratch-resistant coating that protects the watch from minor wear and tear.
