Black Leather Strap

Nothing says “classic” like a black leather strap. We use fine Italian Leather to create these timeless and versatile straps. We choose our leather based on its appearance as well as the feel it gives on the hand. The inside of the strap features a fine suede-like appearance that lends a soft, unobtrusive sensation when worn. For extra durability, our leather straps also feature a machine-pressed buckle, creating a buckle tongue attached by a self-contained hole punched in stainless steel. This results in a far stronger product compared to the traditional hammered style of manufacturing.

Stitched Leather Strap

A stitched leather strap makes a statement at once bold and understated. By breaking up the simplicity of a formal, solidly colored strap, the versatility of the band is widened to a variety of less formal contexts while still retaining the same elegance. These stitched leather straps showcase the same quality leather, as well as machined buckles with the Jack Mason name subtly embossed. Our offerings include three different variations on a stitched leather theme. The Stitched Tan Leather Strap is a bold accessory that compliments bold dials. Our Stitched Brown Leather Strap, on the other hand, is a duskier offering that straddles the limits separating casual from formal wear. Black Nato Strap

The original nato straps were designed by the British Ministry of Defense for military usage. The strap differs from traditional watch straps both in material and design. Firstly, rather than leather or other common materials, nato straps are made from nylon, which provides extreme durability under all sorts of conditions. Rather than two separate bands, nato straps use one double-length band featuring multiple buckles to prevent slippage. Jack Mason’s black nato strap is made with these design principles in mind, featuring a sleek, durable band that offers style and protection in any context. The simplicity of the strap itself exists in stark contrast to the unique visual appeal a nylon strap provides.

Black Rubber Strap

You wouldn’t wear a dress watch in an instance where you may expect it to be damaged, so why would you expose your strap to harm? Genuine leather straps are prone to water damage, and for that reason, Jack Mason offers a black rubber strap for the outdoorsman in all of us. Rubber straps were originally introduced for use by divers to solve the need for a watch strap that remained durable and functional under extreme water exposure. These early straps were clunky but functional. 50 years on, rubber watch straps have become stylish and popular as well. Rubber straps are moisture-resistant, but this feature has more benefits beyond being handy on dives. This also protects the strap from the effects of sweat, which, combined with the quick-release strap, makes it the perfect thing to snap on when working out or otherwise being physically active. Our black rubber strap exhibits the above features but has a smooth design which makes it appropriate for many circumstances. Slightly larger than the other straps on this list, it is compatible with any Jack Mason watch with a 42mm case.
